museum [noun] a place where collections of things of artistic, scientific or historic interest are set out for display

Museo Detail was founded in West Chester, PA by Tarnie Hunt in 2015. Originally born and raised in St. Maarten, a half Dutch-half French island in the Caribbean, Tarnie immigrated to the United States in high school. Following graduation, he pursued his interest in the fields of art, architecture, and interior design. Given his lifelong passion for luxurious automobiles, it came as no surprise to his family when his life took a detour and he entered the automotive detail, restoration, and concourse preparation industry.

Following a successful career at a local shop where Tarnie perfected his craft by combining technical skills with his natural artistic ability working on exotic and high-end vehicles, Tarnie took a leap of faith and opened the doors to Museo Detail. It wasn’t long before Museo Detail established itself within the community as a reputable automotive detail, restoration, and concourse preparation shop providing meticulous and quality service tackling the most challenging jobs and exceeding customer’s expectations.

Not only has Museo Detail cultivated a strong reputation locally, Tarnie’s craftsmanship has been recognized nationally at automotive shows such as Pebble Beach, Cavallino, and Radnor Hunt and has been featured in Forza magazine. Museo Detail specializes in the care of fine/exotic automobiles and offers a range of service to meet customer’s needs including interior/exterior detailing, undercarriage steam cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating (certified CQuartz provider), paint protection film, wheel repair, window tinting, and headlight restoration.
